Standard delivery time: 1-3 working days. We do not ship on bank holidays.
Standard delivery for all orders is £39.
**Delivery Charges**
– Delivery at £39 for orders requiring special handling.
– We endeavour to deliver your grass in one cut wherever possible. For example, if you order an 8×4 and 4×4, we will provide a 12×4, which you or your fitter can cut to size.
– We’re happy to deliver more than one cut if preferred, subject to a cutting surcharge of £40 per cut.
– Larger loads may incur a surplus charge. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know when we contact you about delivery.
**Important Delivery Information**
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, which you should use as a reference in any correspondence.
Please provide an up-to-date mobile number and email address when placing your order. Failure to provide correct information will prevent us from contacting you regarding your order.
Orders are delivered between 8 am and 8 pm. In rare instances, the courier may offer you a timeslot between 6 am and 8 am or 8 pm and 10 pm. If you choose not to accept, the courier will arrange an alternative timeslot in the following days.
Our drivers will call before delivery to ensure someone is at the property to receive the goods. If the call is unanswered, delivery will not be attempted, and a £50 re-delivery charge will apply (£25 on orders under £150).
We provide a kerbside delivery service. Someone must be at the property during delivery time to accept the goods. Any access issues that may prevent delivery must be reported immediately.
Depending on the order size, the driver may also need some assistance (typically for significant cuts of grass over 70kg).
If you need to change your delivery date after confirmation, please let us know as soon as possible. Requested delivery changes within 72 hours of the assigned delivery date may incur a small charge.
**Additional Order Verification**
In rare instances, if:
A.) Our system flags an order as potentially fraudulent
B.) The shipping address is different to the billing address
We will email you to ask for proof of address and identification. The delivery times stated above will apply when we receive the requested information.
